Delete your Recall AI account

Use the in-app controls for immediate deletion, or contact Snohobbie Labs if you cannot access the app.

Fastest option: Delete the account from Recall AI while signed in. This requests deletion of the Firebase Authentication account and, after that succeeds, removes the signed-in account's local memories, private photos, profile photo, reminders, and encrypted local account information from that device.

Delete your account in Recall AI

  1. Open Recall AI and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Select Profile in the bottom navigation.
  3. Scroll to Danger Zone.
  4. Select Delete account.
  5. Review the warning and select Delete Everything to confirm.
This cannot be undone. If Firebase requires recent authentication, Recall AI may ask you to sign out and sign in again before retrying the deletion.

Data deleted through the app

After Firebase confirms account deletion, Recall AI removes the following data associated with that account from the device:

  • The Firebase Authentication account used to sign in.
  • Local memory records, including titles, notes, categories, dates, completion state, and reminder times.
  • Private memory-photo copies associated with those memory records.
  • The local profile photo.
  • Scheduled reminder notifications and local reminder metadata.
  • The encrypted local account link, session, preferences, and stored trusted-contact settings.

The deletion is scoped to the signed-in account. Recall AI does not intentionally reassign another local owner's memories to the deleted account.

Data that may remain

  • Original photos: Recall AI deletes its private copy, not the original photo in your gallery or camera storage.
  • Google Play records: Google may retain purchase and transaction records for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and accounting purposes.
  • Provider security records: Google may retain limited authentication, app-integrity, or AI-processing records under its policies and legal obligations.
  • Support emails: messages you sent to Snohobbie Labs may be retained as needed to answer the request, maintain security, or meet legal obligations.
  • Device-only data when remote deletion is requested: Snohobbie Labs cannot remotely reach memory files stored only on a device. Delete them in the app before losing access, or remove Recall AI's app data from Android settings.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@snohobbie.com from the email address associated with your Recall AI account. Use the subject Recall AI Account Deletion Request.

Include only:

  • The preferred name on the account.
  • The account email address.
  • A clear statement that you want the Recall AI account deleted.
For your security: never email your password, password-reset link, payment-card details, photos, memory notes, or authentication codes. We may ask for limited verification before acting on a request. We will use the request information only to verify and process the deletion.

Google Play subscriptions

Deleting your Recall AI account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. If Recall AI Pro becomes available and you subscribe, cancel or manage it separately in Google Play:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Select your profile picture.
  3. Select Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  4. Select Recall AI and follow Google's cancellation instructions.
